The Museum is accessible to people with reduced mobility and offers free admission to their companions. Ask at reception for elevator access.
The museum welcomes families: strollers are allowed and all rooms are easily accessible thanks to an elevator.
For guided tours, workshops and groups of more than 10 people, prior reservation is required. We look forward to hearing from you!
Please leave your luggage at the entrance. Lockers are available free of charge.
The MSJ welcomes visitors of all ages, offering enriching experiences for young and old.
Parking spaces are available around the museum, including in the “Les Remparts” parking lot in the town center. Disabled and coach parking spaces are located in front of the main entrance on Rue du Château.
If you’d like to bring your own food and drink, you can eat in the garden and around the château, but not inside the exhibition. The Museum has no indoor or covered picnic areas.
Pets are not allowed inside the museum.
Photography and filming for private use is permitted in all areas accessible to the public.

Means of payment accepted: cash in Swiss francs only, bank cards, credit cards, TWINT, Reka checks (the difference is not refunded) and for the more daring, we exceptionally accept Meeples, but only if they are red, blue, yellow, green or purple!
In our self-service games room, we’re delighted to offer you a selection of hot drinks, such as tea and coffee, as well as mineral water for refreshment. And to accompany your playful break, a variety of snacks are available.
